You might exhaust what Coxen Hole itself has to offer in a couple of hours, so I would definitely plan an excursion of some kind as there is so much else to see in Roatan. The beach offers amazing snorkeling just a 200-meter swim from shore. There are many different types of rides available, from beach horseback riding to mountain trails.
